- Mediation Services are the "new thing", especially with local supplemental court rules requiring that all matters attempt some form of dispute resolution before the matter may be set for trial. Before calling in the big guns and engaging in a scorched earth effort to "resolve" a business dispute, consider mediation. Ms Fisher will act as an independent mediator to help individuals and companies resolve issues without the cost and expense of going to trial. As an independent mediator, Ms Fisher represents neither side but helps facilitate resolution. Her extensive business background and work as a pro tem judge gives her the experience and ability to understand complex legal and business issues.
- Lobbying and governmental affairs services is a not a new area for Ms. Fisher since she was actively engaged in legislative matters during the last two sessions. What has changed, however, is her willingness to offer these same services to new clients. Her effectiveness comes from believing in her client's cause. She reserves the right to refuse such representaiton if she can not honestly support them or beleive that they have merit.
